Any ideas for submissions? I'm still clueless...

I don't know if anyone is still using these forums but they seem to be a great opportunity to get information out. So are the movie nights still going on? Depending on schedules I'd love to go.

The purpose of this gathering is to remember Lori and all other women victims of male violence.

October 14 2006 in the Glengarry neighbourhood -- what an exhilarating march. Around the block, shouting, chanting, marching -- the turn out was wonderful, the voices were strong, the passion was obvious. We can't let this energy drop -- we have to make a difference so that there are no more tragedies like Laurie Dupont. I heard in Lee Lakeman's address to the crowd tonight a call to action to all of us -- we must be willing to stand up and address the lack of equality, the lack of safety for women and children in our community. This means a willingness to get angry, to write letters, to protest, to shout as loud as necessary until we get some action.

Thanks to Voice of Windsor for putting this video together. (Read the description of the march on the Voice of Windsor site.) The march is for women but here is a wonderful example of how men can support and promote the anti-violence campaign against women and children. Thank you Voice of Windsor ~
