		<description>Excellent points.  Also; why is it we see things as failures instead of setbacks?  If we're honest with ourselves we can find all kinds of good things we've done in each arena, yet we sometimes only see the things that crashed and burned or even just didn't quite work out.  We need to focus more on the little successes that we do each and every day.</description>
